I kind of like her. Maybe it's just 'cause we are both redheads, but I can kind of understand what she's going through. I mean, how would you feel if someone killed your true love? So, do you think she's evil or misunderstood?

I think she's a little bit of both. She's evil because she wanted to kill Bella, who was a human and therefore not nearly matched to fight her. She took advantage of that fact, and even if someone killed my true love, I don't think I would take advantage of someone with less power than myself because I would feel bad... then again, I'm sure she wouldn't have felt bad about it if she had killed Bella. lol.

She's also misunderstood because, yeah, I would want revenge if someone killed my true love. It's understandable, at least to an extent.

i don't believe she was evil, but she was bad. but mostly she was misunderstood. vampires are meant to kill humans, it's what their made for. you wouldn't call a lion evil if it killed a person, their meant to kill people. that doesn't mean i think the vegetarian vampires should eat people, it just means they are better people than the other vampires.
so the fact that she wanted to kill bella doesn't make her evil. but it does make her bad, if that makes sense.

I think a little of both. She was evil because she wanted to kill even before James got killed and she wasn't going to give up either way. The Cullens didn't kill the inncoent so that shows that vampires can resist. She made the choice of killing humans which isn't totally a good thing. I also think she is misunderstood because everyone would want revenge if they killed there true love, I know I would.

Let me rephrase that... i think that she is bad.
Really bad. She has no right to kill Bella just bc Edward killed James.
Mate for mate is not the answer. If my "soul mate" was killed, i would
b upset too... but i wouldnt want the person's "soul mate" who killed
my "soul mate" to die. Thats just wrong. Absolutly.

good point but still she coulda just left bella alone and found another mate or something im glad she didnt end up killing bella..

but the point was that because edward killed her mate she has to kill his mate. but yeh it is good that bella ended up living

its also a good thing edward lived during the fight in eclipse i was just so worked up that when he killed her and came out w/o a scratch on him i had to let out my breath. i guess i had been holding it the whole time..

Misunderstood... she only wanted to get revenge for losing her mate. Not that revenge is the best way to go about it... but I can understand why she was angry.
They actually had an easy time bringing her down. Only Jacob was injured badly.

I think she's misunderstood. I mean...she did drink human blood..not animals. And her little pack found Bella hard to resist. It was said that Bella smelled pretty appetizing ya know..And they just oculdn't help themselves. They had to hunt her.
But James ended up being killed and that broke Victoria's heart....so she wanted to kill Bella.

If you're husband, the love of your life, gets killed by another man do you take matters into your own hands and do whatever you can to destroy that person?

Ok, Victoria did have her mate killed and it hurt her but she was warned. Getting into the kinds of things that they did, she knew that every moment they were alive that they could die. So she had no right to get mad and track down Bella, she is completely and totally evil. I don't care if humans are her prey, she was told not to touch Bella and she didn't listen. She was warned.
